Realme has started rolling out the incremental update of the June 2022 security patch update for the Realme Narzo 50 model. The latest software update comes with the build number RMX3286_11_A.57 which has brought some system improvements this time.
Realme Narzo 50 was released on 3rd March 2022 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.
The latest security patch doesn't bring much to the table in terms of significant changes. Some of the previously known issues have been fixed to improve the system performance and system stability has also been improved for a better user experience.

Note that this is a staged rollout by Realme to ensure there are no critical bugs. It will be available to a few users and during the broader rollout, it will reach the rest of the users. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed within a few days.

Last month it received the Open Beta build of Android 12: Realme Narzo 50: Realme UI 3.0 with Android 12 – Early Access

Realme Narzo 50 was released with Android 11 out of the box now, and it hasn't received any major OS update till now. Hence, we can say it has just received early access to Realme UI 3.0 i.e Android 12. With the recent announcements by Realme, Realme Narzo 50 will not be eligible for Realme UI 4.0-based Android 13 update.
The Realme Narzo 50 software update with June 2022 Security patch is rolling out in phases reportedly. And, it is expected to be rolled out for limited users soon.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest update.
