Realme has begun its rollout of the December 2021 OTA Update for Realme C20 devices. And also brings noticeable improvements in system performance and stability. This carries RMX3061PU_11.A.56 build, although there is nothing major apart from bug fixes.
As this update doesn't bring the latest security patch, it has the November 2021 Security Patch, which was released last month with A.55 Build number, and we don't have any information regarding the android 11 update yet. It looks like Realme is focused on current Flagships & Popular budget segment devices for Major Update.

The Realme C20 came with Android 10 out-of-the-box and it’s anticipated that it receives an Android 11 update, though it’s been a while and we have our doubts whether it will get the Android 11 update or not as Realme has already started working with a beta version of Android 12 for their Flagship Devices.

Hence, Realme C20 should be eligible for Android 11, but we are sure of the timeline of the update.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
