Realme has just begun its rollout for the Realme 8 Pro November 2021 Security Patch with RMX3081_11.A.44 build and an update size of 804 MB though the size of the update is big, it doesn't bring any necessary improvement apart from the latest security, but maybe it might be fixed system internal or minor system issues.
Realme 8 Pro was released on 25th of March, 2021 with Android 11 out-of-the-box.

Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
