Realme has started the staged rollout of the June 2022 security patch via OTA for the Realme 7 Pro model. The latest build number is RMX2170_11.C.32 which fixes the security & system issues. It integrates the May 2022 and June 2022 Android security patch.
Realme 7 Pro was released in September 2020, with an Android 10 out-of-the-box.
This update is mainly dedicated for Android 11 users, and this update brings the latest security patch (June 2022 Security Patch) which improves system performance in some scenarios.

Unfortunately this update is for user running on Android 11, but the android 12 may soon arrive as it becomes more stable for wide rollout. Previous update under android 11 was; Realme 7 Pro: April 2022 Security Patch with C.30 Build
Regarding the stable version of Android 12, the device received first batch of update for Realme 7 Pro: Realme UI 3.0 with Android 12 – Stable Update on June 2022, so far it had received multiple beta release before this update. This month June 2022 the company is rolling this update batch wise to some users with F.14 Build.

The Realme 7 Pro received its first major OS update with Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 in April 2021.
Update: Regarding the release of Android 12, the device is expected to get it soon as have rolled out stable update to a bunch of users who were running beta of Realme UI 3.0
Hence, it can be concluded that it is eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update. Therefore, Android 12 will be the last major OS update for this device.
The Realme 7 Pro Software Update with June 2022 Android Security Patch is being rolled out in phases. Hence, it will reach all the users soon.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
