Realme has started the staged rollout of the June 2022 Android Security patch for the Realme 7 model. The new security patch brings the latest firmware version RMX2151_11.C.18 which bought security and system performance improvements.
Realme 7 was released on 03rd September,2020 with Android 10 Out-of-the-box.
Previously the device was running on April 2022 Security Patch which had C.16 Build, and the device further got a Realme 7: Realme UI 3.0 with Android 12 – Open Beta this month on the 10th of June. The Android 12 is in the testing phase and may soon arrive as a stable update once it checks a few boxes.

Note: It's a stagged rollout and may arrive sooner or later to every device, this happens due to limitations in server capacity and cap in the server performance, as it can be rolled batch-wise slowly to all devices.

The Realme 7 was released with an Android 10. Therefore, the Android 11 was its first major OS update.
Also, it is eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update and it will be its second/last major OS update which is expected to roll out in the third quarter of 2022 but it is advised to wait for the official date announcement by the company.
The Realme 7 Software update with June 2022 Android Security Patch is being rolled out in phases. Hence, it will reach all the users soon.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest security/software update.
This is, once again, a staggered rollout that will soon be available to all customers. Please wait for the update to arrive on your device.
