Realme 3 Pro Android 11 - Early Access

The latest news in the town is that Realme has opened the Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 Beta early access program for Realme 3 Pro or the Realme X Youth Edition in India, which was running live only in China until now.

The Realme 3 Pro, which was also released as the Realme 3 Pro [X Youth Edition] in some regions, was officially released in April 2019 with an Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box. It received its first major OS update with Android 10 in January 2020. Now, in June 2021, Realme has opened the early access program for it with Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 Beta.

Realme UI 2.0 Early Access Roadmap

In September 2020, Realme posted the Realme UI 2.0 early access roadmap or the timeline for the Realme devices including the Realme 3 Pro/X Youth Edition. The Realme 3 Pro was set to receive the early access program with Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 in June 2021 and Realme were true to their word as Realme X Youth Edition/3 Pro has the early access program with Realme UI 2.0 Beta running live in China.

And now, on 25th June 2021, Realme has opened the early access program for Realme 3 Pro with Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 Beta in India after it was confirmed that the Realme 3 Pro will get early access program to Android 11 by the end of June 2021 via the official Twitter account of Realme Care India.

Realme UI 2.0 Early Access: Application open for Realme 3 Pro

The official Realme Community greeted the Realme 3 Pro users in India with a piece of good news on 25th June 2021, today, that the Realme UI 2.0 early access program based on Android 11 is now on for the Realme 3 Pro.

The early access program for the same has a limited number of seats which means it will be available to only selected users. The Realme UI 2.0 Beta program was running only in China until now.

Points to note before applying for the program -

• Please make sure your phone is not rooted.
• To prevent data loss, please backup your personal data before proceeding.
• Some third-party application versions might not be compatible with Android 11 yet, after updating these applications might not be available or crash on your device. Therefore, it is recommended to update all your applications to the latest version available on the Play Store before your update.
• The Early Access versions may have an unpredictable impact on your phone and effects on daily use.
• Please ensure that the available phone storage is more than 5GB. Otherwise, there will be a risk of update failure (To check the phone storage head to Settings > Additional Settings > Storage).
• Due to unpredictable factors such as network communication and strategy adjustment, it is not possible to guarantee that every applicant will receive the update. In case the update is not received, we suggest you patiently wait for the official release.
• Make sure your battery percentage is more than 60% before installing.

How to apply for the Early Access program for Realme 3 Pro?

To apply for the early access program of Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 in Realme 3 Pro device, here are the two basic steps :

1. Update your device to the required UI version→ RMX1851EX_11_C.17
2. Apply for Early access via the Software Update Application channel:

• Open “Settings” 
• Then Tap On “Software Update” 
• Tap on the “Settings icon” in the top right corner
•  Tap on “Trial Version”
• Fill Your Details “Submit your details” 
• Now Tap “Apply Now“.

How To Check Software Update On Any Realme Smartphone

• Open Settings
• Scroll Down and Find Software Update; Tap On It
• And If There Would any Update available it will appear there
• Then Hit Download and this is how you can check Software Update on any Realme Smartphone.
