Oneplus released an incremental software update, January 2022 Security Patch for the Oneplus Nord CE the update carries iterative OxygenOS build of 11.0.14.14 to India, Europe & North American regions, the device also brings improvements in Network [Activation of 5G & IMS] in Qatar, Hong Kong & Ireland
Nord CE was released in June 2021 with Android 11, running OxygenOS 11.
On the last update, it was seen running on OxygenOS 11.0.11.11 with just a bump security patch to November 2021 Security Patch along with stability & system improvements.

As mentioned above, this is a Software update for OnePlus Nord CE 5G and not the major/stable OS update as it has an Android 11 OS already.
Therefore, Android 12 will be the first major OS update on this device and it is also eligible to be on the Android 13 update list as well as it will reportedly receive only two major OS updates.

The OnePlus Nord CE Software Update with OxygenOS 11.0.14.14 is currently rolling out in phases.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Oneplus device with the latest update.
