OnePlus has started pushing the incremental rollout of OxygenOS 12 update - C.48 for the OnePlus 9 model. The latest build number LE2111_11_C.48 brings April 2022 security patch which fixed some issues to improve the system stability. This update has already been started rolling out in IN region and EU and NA will soon receive the update too.
OnePlus 9 was released on 23rd March 2021, with Android 11 out-of-the-box.
As usual, this OTA will be incremental. A small fraction of users will receive the OTA, and they'll begin a wider rollout in a few days to ensure there are no critical bugs.

The OnePlus 9 will receive three years of major OS updates and four years of Security updates.

The OnePlus 9 Software Update with OxygenOS 12 with C.48 build is currently rolling out in India, Europe & North America
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your OnePlus device with the latest update.
