Micromax has begun the rollout of the September 2021 Security Patch for Micromax In 1b. Though not a lot of users reported about this update yet, and only a few users might have got the update, as it's stagged one. This update will be the first update, after the release of Android 11 recently.
Micromax In 1b launched along with Micromax Note 1 in December,2020
Micromax 1b was released with stock android and there’s no place for any unwanted ads and bloatware. Still, they took long enough to roll out the major update with stable android 11 updates that came out on September 14th,2021.

Micromax In 1b has now received Android 11 updates for its users. The update is being rolled out in batches the company had promised to provide two years of software updates to the 1b.
Micromax is very inconsistent in providing regular updates, their promise of 2 years of update isn’t accurate but kind of like will give 2-3 update every year for 2 years.
To update your device go to
Settings>>System>>Advanced>>System Update
