Nokia released the Nokia 5.3 Android 11 Update in the first week of August 2021. However, it contained a June 2021 Android Security Patch and not the latest, August Patch.
Hence, Nokia was quick to upgrade the device's Security with the latest Nokia 5.3 August 2021 Android Security Patch Update rolled out to the users globally.
The news of the latest Nokia 5.3 Security Update was confirmed by the Nokia users on Twitter. As mentioned above, the update has been released globally (reportedly) and India & Egypt is the regions to receive the update.
The Nokia 5.3 was released in March 2020 with an Android 10 out-of-the-box.

The Nokia 5.3 was released with an Android 10 in March 2020. Therefore, Android was its first major OS update.
Hence, it is eligible for the upcoming Android 12 update and it will be its second/last major OS update.
