Realme has started rolling out the June 2022 Security patch via OTA for the Realme GT model. The latest security patch comes with the build number RMX2202_11.C.17 which brought some significant changes in Security, System, Camera, Wireless, and Charging.
Realme GT was released on 18th August, 2021 with Android 11 Out-of-the-box.
Some changes and improvements have been made with the June 2022 security patch. Unlocking the device was an issue occurring sometimes and a screen display issue whenever fingerprint lock was used to unlock the phone. Both these issues have been fixed. Camera enhancement has been worked upon as an overexposure issue was hindering the performance but has now been fixed. The USB charging issue has also been fixed for the device.

It resolves a lag problem with music playback on a Topway car display that is Bluetooth-connected to your phone. The stability of Wi-Fi connections has also been improved for a seamless experience. System performance and stability have also been improved.
Previously, the device was running on April 2022 security patch which brought some improvements in the system and worked upon the camera enhancements. For full changelog details, refer to this post - Realme GT: April 2022 Security Patch with C.16 Build
Remember, this is a staged rollout. It will be randomly pushed to a limited number of users to ensure there are no critical bugs. If no critical bugs are found, the full rollout will be completed in the upcoming days.

As stated above, the Realme GT was released in India on 18th August 2021, with Android 11 Out-of-the-box. In December 2021, Realme gave early access beta version which was provided to a limited number of users. In January 2022, the device got the stable update of Realme UI 3.0-based Android 12.
The Realme GT Software Update with the June 2022 Security Patch is being rolled out in phases and will reach all the users soon.
Once the update is available on your device, you can head over to Settings >> About Phone >> Software Update section to update your Realme device with the latest update.
This is a staggered rollout that will soon be available to all customers. Please wait for the update to arrive on your device.
